2026 Spring Lake Association Annual Meeting

 We hope you will mark your calendar and plan to attend the 2026 Spring Lake Association Annual Meeting! Thursday, April 23 | 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm (see invitation below for agenda timing and topics)

Please note the following changes to this year's meeting:

• The meeting is changing to a Thursday evening, April 23!
• We have added a Discussion Forum, with local experts, addressing Water Quality and Aquatic Plants. 
  • Emily Dick, Water Resources Project Manager, Prior Lake Spring Lake Watershed District.  Emily holds a BS Degree in Biology, Wittenberg University.
    • Emily has 12 years of experience managing water quality, fisheries and flood reduction projects. She was most recently awarded the 2024 Outstanding Watershed Organization Employee by the Minnesota Board of Soil and Water.
  • Steve McComas, Founder-Owner, Blue Water Science. Steve holds MS Degrees in Civil Engineering, University of Minnesota and Aquatic Ecology, Texas Christian University.
    • Steve founded St. Paul-based Blue Water Science in 1985 and is known throughout the industry as the Lake Detective.
  • Anne Wilkinson, Limnologist / Water Quality Scientist, Emmons & Olivier Resources.  Anne holds a PhD in Civil Engineering & Fluid Mechanics, University of Minnesota, a BS in Civil Engineering, University of Missouri and a BA in Physics, Truman State University.
    • Anne has 10 years of experience in environmental consulting, focusing on water quality and lake management.
  • Questions for the Forum | There will be an opportunity during the forum to ask these experts a question. You are welcome and encouraged to send us questions for the Panel ahead of the meeting.
