June 2, 2022 Update | The Prior Lake City Council will be considering approval of a final planned unit development plan and development agreement for the Spring Lake Ridge residential development on the west side of Spring Lake at their June 6, 2022 meeting.

The public hearing for this development occurred with the Preliminary Planned Unit Development approval in March 2020 so there will not be an opportunity for public comments at the City Council meeting; however, because there was so much interest in this development during initial approvals, city staff wanted to make sure Spring Lake residents were aware of this meeting. There are no changes to the development plans that were approved March 2020, other than the developer is now D.R. Horton and they are proposing to phase the development. The first phase of development will only include 60 of the 99 total lots; the remaining 39 lots will be platted at a later date.
