2025 - 2026 Spring Lake Association Board Members

The Spring Lake Association is excited to announce that Gwen Radosevich will be moving from a board member to the Officer - Director of Communications position, effective May 1, 2026.  This is a three-year term that will run from May 1, 2026 - April 30, 2029.  Gwen has been on the SLA Board since November 2025, so this will be a smooth transition for her come May.  Welcome again Gwen! 

I have been part of the Prior Lake Community for more than 30 years.  Most of this time living on Prior Lake where I raised my children skiing, wakeboarding, and enjoying all that lake life has to offer. In 2022, my husband Joe and I purchased our property on Spring Lake and built our forever home. We love living here and spending time with our four sons and five grandchildren, all of whom share our love for the lake. 

Having experienced firsthand how special this community is, I’m passionate about preserving the quality of our lake and ensuring it remains a healthy, vibrant place for future generations. I want to help sustain the natural beauty of Spring Lake while supporting the people who make this such a wonderful place to live. 

After more than 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry in various leadership and relationship-building roles, I’m now retired and eager to give back. I’ve always had a passion for connecting people — in both business and social settings — and I look forward to using that energy to strengthen our lake community and continue helping it thrive.
